Carl Allen

President & CEO
Former Director of Transportation at Boston Public Schools, Charter COO/CFO, and Peace Corps teacher. Carl brings hands-on experience managing complex transportation systems and advancing educational equity. His background includes roles at Transdev, Boston Public Schools, Harvard Kennedy School, Northwestern University, and the Peace Corps.

Co-Founder
An accomplished transportation leader, Mark built a $1B+ operation managing municipal transportation networks from Washington D.C. to Denver. His work spans organizations such as Transdev, Veolia, and American University, where he has driven innovation and operational excellence.

Rajeev Bajaj

Co-Founder
Rajeev is a seasoned social impact entrepreneur and CEO, with a focus on improving educational outcomes for children. His leadership at Kitamba, Microsoft, the NYC Department of Education, and Northwestern University reflects a deep commitment to using technology and consulting to drive positive change.
