Customer Feedback Panel

We take feedback seriously.

When you join 4mativ’s customer feedback panel you’ll have direct influence in shaping the future of 4mativ.

What is a feedback panel?

You’ll be joining a cohort of professionals similar to yourself, volunteering to share feedback on upcoming designs, early concepts, or content.

Benefits to joining

  • Share challenges you face with student transportation including usage of 4mativ products and services
  • Preview and evaluate new 4mativ solutions before other customers
  • You will directly engage with our product and design team, impacting the future of 4mativ’s Transportation Operations Management System (TOMS)

Time Commitment

  • Once a month for 30 mins you’ll meet remotely & individually with one of our researchers (December thru May)
  • Occasionally you’ll receive short online tasks or surveys to complete from the comfort of your desk
